Garrett Hartley released by the New Orleans Saints

The Garrett Hartley era is over in New Orleans as the Saints parted ways with the veteran kicker this afternoon.  Tensions had been high for several weeks as Hartley was inconsistent since the Saints bye in week 7.  He is only 8 out of 14 since. This season Hartley has slumped to 22 of 30 on field goal attempts which is near the bottom of the NFL in accuracy.

Rumors have been swirling for weeks as after the Dallas Cowboys win, New Orleans brought in five kickers for a mini-tryout.  Coach Sean Payton decided to stick with his longtime kicker though.  This past weekend Hartley was 1 of 3 in a loss at St Louis that seems to have been the last straw.  It seems a desperate and strange move this close to the playoffs.

Garrett Hartley leaves a great legacy in New Orleans and Saints fans should hold him in high regard for years.  When the chips were down, Hartley made his kicks.  He was a perfect 8 for 8 in the playoffs including a record 3 kicks over 40 yards in Super Bowl XLIV.  He also nailed the overtime field goal in the NFC Championship that sent the Saints to the Super Bowl that year. Hartley gave the Saints a very solid 6 years and should not have trouble latching on with another NFL franchise.

Look for action on Garrett Hartley to heat up after the April NFL Draft.  Teams will then begin their minicamps and bringing in new players to have a look.  Meanwhile, Hartley prepares for the debut of his new show on the Sportsmans Channel in July entitled Southern Chaos.

Obamacare comes to Texas bringing higher rates to Young Workers

Our younger generation is under enough stresses already.  A very challenging job market, a languishing economy, many stacked with loads of student loans.  Shouldn't that be enough?

Now, along comes the Affordable Healthcare Act.  Young Americans are starting to see that the law is incorrectly named since it is anything but affordable for them. Thus we will refer to it as Obamacare in the rest of this article.

President Obama ratings drop to record low

The news just keeps getting worse and worse for President Barack Obama.  As his golden achievement Obamacare continues to crash and burn his approval ratings from the public have fallen to record lows.

The latest comes from a poll conducted by the Washington Post and ABC News.  The damage is an overall job approval rating of only 42%.  Down a whopping 13% points this year alone and 6% points in the last month alone.

Even more troubling is the result that 70% of Americans feel that the country is heading in the wrong direction.  Other Obama performance ratings have crashed as well.  He is at career lows for being honest and for being a strong leader.

The terrible rollout of the Affordable Care Act is at the center of all the problems.  It has been a gaggle of problems.  The website is a disaster.  The President obviously lied about the insurance cancellations and it is simply not financially viable at all.

The American public is finally starting to realize these truths and a whopping 71% think Obamacare should not go into effect now.  The most telling segment are independents who are the key to most all elections.  Only 33% of Independents approve of President Obama.  Not looking good for the coming elections next year if Independents go conservative.

Oil Pipeline Spills a North Dakota Problem

A new report from the Associated Press has identified nearly 300 oil spills in North Dakota over the past two years.  Many of them are small, but there were nearly 750 oilfield incidents as well.

The most recent spill was over 20,000 barrels worth of oil into a wheat field.  North Dakota is the #2 oil producing state in the country behind Texas.

Many of these incidents go unreleased to the public.  North Dakota regulators, like in many other oil-producing states, are not obliged to tell the public about oil spills under state law. But in a state that's producing a million barrels a day and saw nearly 2,500 miles of new pipelines last year, many believe the risk of spills will increase, posing a bigger threat to farmland and water.

"We're certainly looking at that now and what would be a threshold for reporting to the public," Dennis Fewless, director of water quality for the state Health Department said. Taking notice of the recent criticism, the state issued a statement October 17 on an estimated seven barrel oil spill in Divide County, which borders Canada in far northwestern North Dakota.

Obama administration knew millions would lose Healthcare due to Obamacare

"If you like your current healthcare plan you will be able to keep it.  Let me repeat that.  If you like your current plan you can keep it."  Famous words from President Barack Obama.

His response to the fact that so many Republicans were saying otherwise.  Many Republicans were saying repeatedly that millions would be terminated from their current insurance plans.

Well it seems that the Republicans were correct.  Now it comes out that President Obama and the administration actually new this was true and that millions would be dropped from their coverage.  So simply put.  President Obama knowingly lied.  And did is several times.

Surprise.  More useless words from Obama.

More bad news for Obamacare as 300,000 lose coverage in Florida

As if the Obamacare fiasco could not get any worse, it certainly can.  Forget the fact that the website simply does not work and very few are able to sign up at all.  Forget the fact that premiums are higher than anyone ever thought.  Forget the fact that deductibles are through the roof.  Now 300,000 people in Florida found out today that they are losing their insurance.

These are Americans that were already insured.  Now because of Obamacare requirements they are losing their insurance coverage.  Obamacare is requiring more.  Now these people that were happy with their current health insurance are going to have to go find new insurance from some source and that new health insurance will have higher premiums and much higher deductibles.

So much for affordable healthcare.  So much for "every American can keep their current insurance if they choose"  as President Obama promised.  Just another example of Obamacare gone bad.  Just wait.  The bad examples will keep coming too.

It is becoming increasingly clearer everyday that the current administration did not and is not telling the truth on Obamacare.

Food Stamps are out of Control

There is no other social welfare program growing faster than food stamps.  President Obama has expanded the program at an alarming rate adding tens of millions of dollars to our monstrous national debt. During the Obama presidency, enrollment has increased from 31 million to 46 million Americans. Budgeted spending for the program is now at $78 billion per year.

“This program has expanded rapidly over the last decade in a way that is not justified by the recession that we went through," said Michael Turner, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute. “Increase in both participating and spending were bigger during this recession than in previous ones.”

The study notes that most SNAP participants are enrolled in the program over a significant period of time. Only 10% of participants are enrolled in the program for less than six months, and 56% of participants have been enrolled in the program for over five years.

That's right.  Over five years.  Those aren't needy.  Those are habitually lazy.  Socialist programs like food stamps do not promote social progression.  Instead they promote laziness and lack of productivity.

The Cato Institute study reports that 17% of participants are living above the poverty line, but the real world usefullness of the poverty line formula has long been debated.  It is time for Americans to once again take responsibility for themselves rather than have an inefficient government provide for them.  Our great nation was built on hard work not laziness.

Obamacare forcing thousands to lose health insurace as companies cancel policies

Health insurance companies are sending notices of cancellation to hundreds of thousands of people who buy their own coverage, frustrating some consumers who want to keep what they have and forcing others to buy more expensive policies.
Insurers say the cancellations are necessary because the policies fall short of what the Affordable Care Act requires starting January 1. Most are ending policies sold after the law passed in March 2010. At least a few are canceling plans sold to people with pre-existing medical conditions.
By all accounts, new policies to replace the canceled ones offer consumers better coverage, in some cases for comparable cost, especially after the inclusion of federal subsidies for those who qualify. They cover 10 “essential” benefits the law now requires, including prescription drugs, mental health treatment and maternity care, and they generally have lower thresholds for what consumers will have to spend before the plan picks up the full cost of treatment.

Bill Maher doesn't think there is a spending problem and has no problem with the national debt

I know people love Bill Maher, but anyone who watched his latest episode of Real Time with Bill Maher had to be left shaking their heads.  I know I was floored by some of the quotes I heard from the liberal thinker.

Let me throw a few at you from the episode:

Bill Maher said "You should look at why the debt is going up."

To which author Carol Roth responded "It is going up because the government overspends."

To which Maher responded "The government is not overspending."

Seriously?  That's the problem with Democrats.  They just want to spend and spend.  Meanwhile, our national debt is increasing by over a trillion dollars every single year.  President Obama, in his five years, has added more to our national debt than every single President in our history combined!

We don't have a spending problem?

So Carol Roth replied "If we didn't overspend we would not be hitting the debt ceiling."

Bill Maher laughed and said "There's always going to be debt. Are you suggesting we should not have debt?"

Ummmm yes.  How nice would it be to have no debt?  Not owe anyone a single dollar.  Isn't that one of the goals of the American Dream for individuals?  Have no debt.  Live free and clear.  At least we could do with a bit less than the whopping $18 trillion we already have which is still rising.

Not for Bill Maher and the Democrats. Spend and run up that debt.  Now approaching $18 trillion.  Now that we have Obamacare the debt is only going to increase at a greater rate.  All these free Obamacare subsidies?  Straight from the American taxpayers and right onto the national debt.  But I guess according to Bill Maher, our national debt of $18 trillion is not a problem.

The Real Math of Obamacare

You’re not exempt from math if you’re a Republican, and you’re not exempt from math if you’re a Democrat. You’re not exempt from math if you’re a liberal, and you’re not exempt from math if you’re a conservative. You still have to do math.

Pull your head far enough out of your politics to have an original thought.

January 1st, 2014 every insurance company is required to take on anyone, no matter how sick they are, and they cannot charge them more than someone who is not ill…You're 500 lbs. you have diabetes, you’ve got cancer, you’ve had three heart attacks you’re going to pay the exact same premium as a perfectly healthy person.

I understand the motivation, and the nobility and the moral imperative behind that. I get that. But that doesn’t change the math, the math is that those people get sick more often and run up more medical bills than someone who is healthy. Duh.

President Barack Obama - The most Devisive and Worst President in American History

It's a terrible thing to have the absolute worst President in American history at the helms right now.  There has never been a more devisive figure in United States political history, much less the Presidency.

Sure, we have had plenty of political fights over our 250 year history.  Every single time we have had a President skilled enough and willing to sit down and figure things out.  Even though many of those times the President himself might not have come out looking like they won.  President Obama has absolutely zero negotiation skills and absolutely zero interest in moving things ahead.  His only interest is finishing the game in a situation that looks as if he is the winner.

Because of this stubborness.  Because of this lack of understanding of government.  Because of his lack of political skill.  President Barack Obama will be long remembered as the worst President in United States history.

The China Real Estate Bubble

The two most troubling things about visiting China are the smog and the scale of the development boom. It is going on everywhere.  Big cities.  Minor cities with little to offer tourists, but it has the provincial government and a big manufacturing base that perhaps can justify so much construction.

The wonderful HBO news show Vice did a very interesting story on the real estate problem in China.  They visited acre after acre of multi-story housing developments that were basically sitting empty and deserted.  Brand spanking new.  The episode is available on youtube.  Check it out.

These apartments are designed for families. A couple's starter apartment will often be three bedrooms; one for the parents, one for the kid, and one for grandma who takes care of the kid while the parents work. We're talking a thousand square feet on average.

Captain Z-Ro - Classic Sci-Fi Greatness

When I saw the dvd box set Classic Sci-Fi TV on the shelf at Super Target I knew it needed to be mine.  150 classic sci-fi television episodes at a very reasonable price.  Bought that!

Classics like Flash Gordon and Rocky Jones.  Other wonderful shows I discovered like Radar Men from the Moon and Phantom Empire.  But my favorite of all in the set came to be Captain Z-Ro.

Straight out of the early 1950s and starring the charismatic Roy Steffens and his young sidekick Bruce Haynes (Jet).  They make a great team as they travel through history.

President Obama not telling the truth once again on Obamacare

Yesterday President Obama gave a speech where he stated "They said this (Obamacare) would be a disaster in terms of jobs.  There is no widespread evidence the Affordable Healthcare Act is hurting jobs."  The spin-master was at it again.  Obamacare has not and will not have any affect on jobs he says.

Well Mr President here are the real facts.  Investors Business Daily is keeping a list of companies which have made changes already due to the coming Affordable Healthcare Act.  On this list there are over 300 companies are either adjusting hours downward or eliminating employees altogether.

Affordable Care Act? Obamacare doesn't look cheap at all to me

Now the information is starting to come out.  How much will Obamacare cost you?

The new Affordable Healthcare Plan has plans are organized in five tiers with different monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs: catastrophic coverage, bronze, silver, gold and, in some areas, platinum.

Wow this doesn't sound like the best deal to me.  For just a middle tier silver plan the average cost will be $330 per month. $4000 per year.  That is just for an average health plan.  If you want something actually any good jack that cost way up.  But wait.  The mid and lower tier plans only cover an average of 65% of your actual healthcare costs.  So you pay $4000 per year and will still have 35% liability up to the cap.

If you are unlucky enough to live in a state such as Wyoming or Mississippi bump that cost up another $2000 per year! Wait.  There's more.  The deductibles are super high.

Do Americans really support Obamacare?

Of you listen to MSNBC and the Democrats they repeat over and over that the majority of Americans support Obamacare.  If you watch Fox News and listen to Republicans they will tell you the exact opposite that a majority of the American public do not want anything to do with Obamacare.

So just who is telling the truth on this one?  There have been six Obamacare polls conducted of the American public over the last two weeks.  Suprisingly every single one of the six polls shows a majority of those asked saying they do not want Obamacare.

Several Bogus Officiating Calls Doom TCU to loss against Texas Tech

Three bogus calls doomed the TCU Horned Frogs to a loss in Lubbock on Thursday night.  All three were monster calls that the officials flat out blew in a game that ended with a Red Raider 7 point victory.  A sad state considering TCU dominated the game in all phases.  TCU outgained the Red Raiders and held a whopping 12 minute advantage in time of possession.  TCU outrushed Tech 195-44.  The only thing that held the Frogs back were several  ridiculous calls by the officials.

The first call came well after TCU's Brandon Carter had run back a 69 yard punt return for a touchdown.  After a along break the officials declared Carter had given a fair catch call when replays clearly show he had used his right arm to regain his balance before catching the ball.  In no way did Carter wave his arm for a fair catch.  That cost TCU a touchdown and all the momentum that goes with.

Mafia Wars South Africa is live and running!

The new rollout in Mafia Wars is live and active.  It looks like the biggest and most dynamic world as of yet too.  Mafia Wars South Africa hopefully will add another dimension to the longtime popular Facebook game.

South Africa has it all.  New jobs and levels.  All new properties to build.  An area to rob and an area to fight and create all kinds of chaos.  New collections to bank.  And a new round of achievements too.

From the map of South Africa it looks like there are eleven regions to Mafia Wars South Africa.  Only the Cape Town region is unlocked at the start, but with eleven potential regions, South Africa looks to be a massive upgrade.

I am plugging away on the Cape Town section right now and it looks like they have made it a bit more challenging as you are going to need a ton of Kuba Caps for each level.  So be prepared to use that energy collecting the caps.  South Africa also looks to be very energy intensive.  The lower level Mafia Wars players are going to have a real slog.  It is clearly designed for the higher level players.

US Chamber of Commerce Survey finds small business against Obamacare

Despite the administration's controversial decision to delay forcing companies to join Obamacare for a year, three-quarters of small businesses are still making plans to duck the costly law by firing workers, reducing hours of full-time staff, or shift many to part-time, according to a sobering survey released by the US Chamber of Commerce.

"Small businesses expect the requirement to negatively impact their employees. Twenty-seven percent say they will cut hours to reduce full time employees, 24% will reduce hiring, and 23% plan to replace full time employees with part-time workers to avoid triggering the mandate," said the Chamber business survey provided to Secrets.

Under Obamacare, just 30 hours — not the nationally recognized 40 hours —is considered full-time. Companies with 50 full-time workers or more are required to provide health care, or pay a fine.

The Chamber's second quarter small business survey found that just 30% are ready for the law and even understand what is required.

Dealing with Obamacare is the biggest worry of small businesses and comes as they continue to see a sluggish economy which has already put a brake on their hiring. Just 17% reported adding employees in the past two years. And only one-in-five small business owners believe that they will add employees in the next two years.

The Chamber added that "nearly one-in-four employers say the health care bill is their biggest obstacle to hiring more employees."

Other key findings from the Chamber Survey:
—77 % continue to think the American economy is on the wrong track. However, small businesses are more optimistic about their local economy and individual business.

—The majority (61 %) of small businesses do not have plans to hire next year.

—Concerns about regulation have increased significantly from 35% last quarter to 42% now.

Small businesses are looking for leadership on issues that will remove barriers and encourage growth.

—88% of all small businesses support addressing entitlement spending to resolve America's growing financial challenges and escalating debt.

—83% support congressional efforts to reform the tax code — with the majority focusing on making it less complex.

—81% of small businesses surveyed believe the immigration system is broken and needs to be reformed.

—In contrast to the president's recent speech pushing new energy regulations, 90% of small businesses support easing EPA regulations and opening up more federal lands for drilling.

The George Zimmerman Trial and the Trayvon Martin media bias

How does Al Sharpton keep getting on television?  The guy is a total idiot.  Today on Meet The Press all he could talk about was how unfair the Zimmerman trial was.  Trayvon Martin was this wonderful young kid.  A perfect citizen and George Zimmerman gunned him down.  How Martin's parents were wonderful people and that there was no way the George Zimmerman trial was fair.

Was Trayvon Martin a little angel?  Not at all.  He was a little punk in truth.  He had been suspended from school twice in the previous weeks and should have been arrested.  The only reason he was not arrested was for the fact that the Miami-Dade School System has their own police department that chooses to overlook such.

The first suspension was for for getting caught with a burglary tool and a dozen items of female jewelry.  Hmmm.  I wonder what was going on there? The second time for getting caught with marijuana and a marijuana pipe.  Great kid.  Instead of helping the kid the school system pushed him aside.

The media along with the two dumbest people in American politics, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, decended on Florida and painted Trayvon Martin as this great kid with great parents.  The facts are this.  Trayvon Martin was not an angel at all.  He was a 17 year old punk that should have been in juvenile hall rather than walking the streets after dark.

Did he deserve to get shot and die at the hands of George Zimmerman?  Hell no.  Not at all.  It was a tragic event that never should have happened.  Both Zimmerman and Martin could have prevented it easily.  Instead they both took dramatic steps to escalate a sad situation.

All sides are at fault here.  George Zimmerman.  Trayvon Martin. The media.  The stupid Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.  The Miami Dade School System.  Everyone.  But the fact is that there was a fair trial and the verdict stands.

Idiot of the Month Award - Paul Bowler and Wayne County New York

Well this was an easy one to award.  My Idiot of the Month Award will be shared this month.  Paul Bowler and Wayne County New York are co-winners.

Goodness gracious.  So in the goofy land of Wayne County, New York we had four youngsters between the ages of 8 and 10 years old caught vandalizing a house in the neighborhood. I mean hammers and paint.  Smashing holes in the walls.  Painting all through the kitchen.  Almost $50,000 damages to a house a Mr. Jesse Daniels was renovating for his father-in-law.

Just so happened Mr. Daniels lives next door and heard all the smashing around late at night.  While his wife called the police, Mr. Daniels went next door to investigate where he found the four little punks.

He took the hammer and paint away from the boys and put them in a closet to await the arrival of the police officers.  So now after the event, Mr. Daniels is being charged by Wayne County, New York with child endangerment for putting the four little punks in a closet for ten minutes until police arrived.

Seriously?  Come on now.

The sad thing is that the father of two of the boys, a Paul Bowler, agrees with the charges against Mr. Daniels.  He feels the boys were traumatized.

Well hell yeah.  They need some serious traumatization.  Maybe they'll learn a lesson and stop that kind of crap.  It is sad they have such a poor father in Paul Bowler.  He needs to put his foot down and let his boys know that kind of behavior is unacceptable.  Instead, his poor little punks were traumatized when they were caught being little criminals.

It is also sad that Wayne County has such a poor District Attorney in Richard Healy that he would allow such charges in the first place.  Can we not vote this guy out of office already?

Come on people!  What is our country coming to?

Idiot of the Month - Paul Bowler and the Wayne County District Attorney

How poor is our United States Supreme Court?

Wow.  The United States Supreme Court is just flat out poor.  A bunch of old, out of touch people appointed for life to carry out the policies of their political party.

For instance their latest ruling denying an Arizona law requiring some sort of proof of US citizenship when registering to vote.

Seems like a logical and straight-forward law right?  What is wrong with showing you deserve the right to vote in our elections?  To function in the United States you need proof of citizenship.  A birth certificate.  A passport.  A drivers license.  If you do not have any of these it is not hard to go get one proving you are an American.

Instead the Supreme Court stated that is is proof enough that a person has the right to vote simply by checking the box on the registration form "swearing" you are a US citizen.  By checking that box you are allowed to register.

Come on now.  Anyone can register is what that means.  There is no proof required.  We are on the honor system and we know how that works.  Ridiculous.

President Obama using the IRS for Political Purposes

I know the Right has thrown accusation after accusation of improper behavior and abuses of power at the Obama Administration for years now.  It seems the latest round are extremely creditable and President Obama is going to have his Presidency devalued beyond repair.  First the Benghazi coverup is becoming increasingly more obvious despite Obama'a denials.  The latest round of Congressional hearings have proven the White House lied and covered up the truths of the terrible events.

Now we have admissions and evidence of the Obama Administration using the IRS for political purposes. The IRS singled out and harassed conservative political groups, including during the election year of 2012. The mere mention of the IRS understandably sends a jolt of anxiety through most Americans, so the implications of this conduct for Tea Party and other conservative groups are obvious. This was the worst kind of dirty politics, and an affront to even the most basic trust in government.
While the IRS admitted this egregious conduct, already there have been lies peddled about the depth and scope of this malfeasance. At first we were told that the breaches were limited to low-level civil servants in a few field offices. But that was also false, as we now know Washington DC-based IRS officials were involved too.
The familiar script from Obama and his phalanx of public relations protectors in the White House--that the IRS abuses are not political, and only those who want answers have any political motivations--sounds increasingly obtuse, and pathetic. All the obfuscation on these issues come from the same direction, and benefit the same side of the political aisle.
And ultimately, incompetence and ignorance are poor excuses for a chief executive. The president can only claim he didn't know what his agencies were up to so many times.

Vikings on The History Channel Great Television!

Well let me start by saying that I completely enjoy Vikings on The History Channel. Do I have some issues? Of course, but overall it is a fresh and fun series. The Norse are not a popular or overdone subject by any means and I think that is the main reason I am enjoying the show so much.

The environment and scenery is breathtaking. All I can say is "Wow". Scandanavia is quite gorgeous. I have made several trips hiking in the Colorado Rockies and I have travelled extensively in Peru. The scenes in Vikings rival for sure. It has definitely put the area of Europe on my map for a future hiking/exploring adventure!

Read about my hiking adventure at Machu Picchu

The characters are quite interesting. The main character is the best. Ragnar Lothbrok played by Travis Fimmel. He is the epitomy of Viking tough. He also has charisma and smarts though and Ragnar is clearly intent on leading raids to the west (England) rather than the east as has always been done.

His nemesis is none other than the Earl/Lord of the lands. A truly underhanded and  mean Viking by the name of Earl Haraldson who cares for nothing more than his own wealth and power. Earl Haraldson wants things done his way and anyone who does not fall into line suffers greatly. Vikings is the story of Ragnar's Viking friends and family and their trials and tribulations. I won't go into much more detail so as to not spoil the show for anyone, but trust me it is worth checking out.

My main drawback with the series is that it seems to fly along. I wish they would have doubled the number of shows it took to get where they are now. This would have given them time to really develop the interesting characters. If HBO had grabbed this project they would have done it on a Game of Thrones or Boardwalk Empire level. How great could Vikings have been?

It is still must see tv for me, but oh the possibilities. Any way around it though, Vikings is good television. The History Channel has taken pains to make the conditions and story historically accurate. It is a subject that television and film have yet to give much time to. Hopefully this series will change that as the Viking culture and conquests are quite fascinating.

President Barack Obama says the US has no debt crisis

Seriously?  This guy must be living on another planet.  But I guess I shouldn't be surprised to hear it from a President that has piled more debt onto our nation's citizens than any other president in our history as well as all previous US Presidents combined!

"We don't have an immediate crisis in terms of debt," President Obama said in an exclusive interview for Good Morning America.  In the same interview he called our current national debt "sustainable".

Unbelievable.

Well let's see.  Our current national debt is $16.7 TRILLION right now.  The Congressional Budget Office projects that another $7 TRILLION will be added to that number over the next 10 years on our current path.  That is WITH the current cuts that took place a couple of weeks back.

Seems like a pretty substantial debt problem to me.  We are broke and only printing money and buying our own bonds is keeping us afloat.  Am I the only one seeing this picture?  One day in the coming years this is going to have to be reckoned with and it is not going to be pretty.  We are all going to suffer for the excesses and waste.

After hearing Obama's comments it is even more evident why nothing gets done in Washington.  The leadership does not even believe we have a major problem with government spending, tax loopholes and unsustainable social welfare programs.  Nothing will get addressed in any meaningful manner anytime soon.

Until we get a President that recognizes the problem it will never be dealt with in any meaningful manner.

Some very interesting points on our disconnected government

Some very interesting thoughts on how disconnected our government has become.  Check these out.  They will definitely have you shaking your head I can guarantee!

Hard work and success is rewarded with higher taxes and government intrusion while doing nothing rewards you with welfare checks, subsidized housing, food stamps and free cell phones.

Your government believes the way to eliminate a multi-trillion dollar debt is to spend trillions upon trillions more.

You can get arrested for expired tags on your car but not for being in the USA illegally.

Your governments plan to get people back to work is to offer 99 weeks of unemployment checks to not work.

You have to have a signed parental permission to go on a school field trip but nothing to get an abortion.

US Soccer Star Alex Morgan Super Soccer and Super Hot

Just how hot is US Womens Soccer star Alex Morgan?  Crazy HOT!  Not only is she one of the best soccer players in the world at the moment, she is incredibly sexy.  There is just not much more attractive than a beautiful womens soccer player.

The scary thing is she is only 23.  She has at least a decade of dominant soccer ahead of her.  As long as she avoids injury she will shatter every American scoring record.  Surpassing the great Mia Hamm.  Last year she led the US to the Olympic gold medal at the London Olympics.  She was just voted 3rd in the Womens World Player of the Year voting for 2012.
